Kiddi has worked as a chef for over 5 years but been in the industry since 1999. Before joining Primo Ristorante, Kiddi was a chef at local favorite Grillmarkaðurinn (The Grillmarket). Kiddi’s passion is to develop unique Italian dishes with a twist. His inspiration is the Mediterranean kitchen where the focus is on fresh food made with fresh quality ingredients, spices and herbs. Brynjar, our pizzamaster, has over 10 years’ experience making and baking delicious pizzas. Before joining Primo Brynjar was a head chef for 3 years but decided to follow his passion and helped creating the Primo concept and develop a unique Pizza menu, made only from quality ingredients. The specialty of Brynjar’s is the sourdough pizza crust served at Primo. Crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Primo Ristorante is Italian, all the way.
